1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CryptostoicMedia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CryptostoicMedia is a crypto safety education platform. We provide educational content, scam awareness training, and simulated practice environments. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or custody services. We never hold, manage, or access your cryptocurrency or private keys.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is strictly educational. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Past scam examples are for educational illustration and may not reflect current threats. CryptostoicMedia and its affiliates disclaim all liability for financial losses.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may not share your login credentials with others.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All prices are in USD. You authorize recurring charges for your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time through your account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Refund requests for other circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of charge.
6. Free Safety Kit
The free Safety Kit is delivered via email over approximately 14 days. By requesting the Safety Kit, you consent to receiving the associated email sequence. You may unsubscribe at any time.
7. Content Ownership
All content on CryptostoicMedia, including text, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, sandbox simulations, and software, is owned by CryptostoicMedia and protected by copyright law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: share your account credentials or allow others to use your account, attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its content, use the Service for any illegal purpose, harass other users or staff, or circumvent any access restrictions.
9. Limitation of Liability
CryptostoicMedia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of cryptocurrency, even if you have completed our educational content. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
